Tina Maze, starts her van life, with a new generation Adria Twin Supreme and a trip to the mountains, to ski, of course.
Twice World Champion and double Olympic gold medalist Tina is one of the best skiers of all time. She took delivery of her new van this month and plans many new adventures with her family and to follow her passion for skiing and windsurfing.
Tina is a keen observer of the #vanlife phenomena, which is most prevalent on social media, especially Instagram. A whole new generation of people, often in their thirties and forties with a love of the great outdoors and a desire for a simpler way of living, are taking to the roads in search of the freedom of new adventures.
#vanlife has grown globally to a movement with over six million followers and the growth in sales of campervans in the last two years has been startling.
Adria is well placed as leader in the European campervan market, with the award-winning new generation Twins, which feature an open-plan ‘cabin loft style’ interior with large sunroof and panoramic window, giving the Twin Supreme a more motorhome like interior feeling. This combines with a superbly practical interior, from the new kitchen design, new bathroom and bedroom design.
The Twin Supreme recently won the European Innovation Award and continues to find a new audience, amongst van fans and with newcomers, like Tina.
Tina’s layout is a really great choice for a world class athlete, the Twin SGX, includes a unique rear bedroom where the bed can be raised, enabling huge storage beneath for sports equipment, bikes etc.
The SGX model also just returned from a round the Giant World Tour, by electric bike rider, Hrvoje Jurić.
